Hello!

When I first heard the call, “teach the churched,” I knew exactly what that meant. God was calling me to reach those who are active in the Church while lacking intimacy with Him.

You see--That’s my story. I grew up attending church and youth group. Then, as a young adult, I served on advisory boards, taught Sunday school, attended Bible studies, taught Bible studies, and sat on one committee after another but I did not have an intimate relationship with Jesus. Sure, I prayed, but when I prayed--I did all of the talking. I attended church faithfully and did lots of good things, but in reality, I was still “Lord of my own life." And, over the years I have found that many believers live their Christian lives in this same way.

Today, I love sharing my experience of coming to know the person and power of the Holy Spirit. I realize that the Holy Spirit is often exploited, used and abused-- but trust me, the Holy Spirit is not weird! He is gentle and kind! He points everyone and everything back to God the Father and Jesus, who sent Him to us.

Through The Holy Spirit, I came to know God as my father and Jesus as my very best friend. The Holy Spirit was sent to be our helper, our guide, our teacher, and our comforter. He draws us into intimate relationship and he fills us with the power that enables us to be all that we are called to be as followers of Jesus. Yes, as believers, we all are called to be our part of the body of Christ!

If you or your church family are doing lots of good things but still feel like you are missing something, I would love to connect with you! Give me a call--I’d be honored to chat!

Grace, Peace, and Love,

Tonya
